Season of AI - Season 3 - Best of AI @ Ignite (January to March 2025)

1. Terms and conditions

Offer good worldwide to eligible Microsoft AI speakers. Offer good only to the first 200 to qualify. Limit one gift per speaker/user group. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer. This offer ends on March 14, 2025 or while supplies last, and is not redeemable for cash. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any gift returned as non-deliverable will not be re-sent. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for shipment of your gift. Microsoft reserves the right to cancel, change, or suspend this offer at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

To enter, you must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees and directors of Microsoft Corporation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and free gift offer parties are not eligible, nor are persons involved in the execution or administration of this promotion, or the family members of each above (parents, children, siblings, spouse/domestic partners, or individuals residing in the same household). Void in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Region of Crimea, Russia, and where prohibited.

3. General Conditions and Release of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, by entering you agree to release and hold harmless Microsoft and its respective parents, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in connection with this free gift offer, or any prize won. All local laws apply. The decisions of Microsoft are final and binding.

4. Program Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the free gift offer, registrants must do the following:

1. Your event must be scheduled between January 1 and March 31, 2025.
2. Provide link for your scheduled Microsoft AI event.
3. Ensure your name is listed as a Speaker.
4. Participating user groups/programs include: User groups in the Microsoft supported Meetup Pro Network, active groups on the Meetup platform, Microsoft Reactor, Global AI Community, GitHub Community Leaders, Microsoft Gold Student Ambassador, GitHub Campus Experts, India Azure Developer Community.

Program participation closes on March 14, 2025 at 9 AM Pacific Standard Time (GMT – 8).

5. Selection

Pending confirmation of eligibility, up to 200 potential free gift offer winners (100 for in person events, 100 for virtual events) will be selected by Microsoft or their Agent from among all eligible entries received on or before March 31, 2025 at 9 AM Pacific Standard Time (GMT – 8).

6. Free Gift Offer

The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) for in-person event gifts is $75 USD and for virtual event gifts is $15 USD.

7. Free gift recipients from China

English: Participation requires transferring your personal data to other countries in which Microsoft operates, including the United States. 8. Free gift recipients from Korea

• Items of Personal Information to be Collected: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Company name and size, Job Title, Country/Region of residence, and any other fields visible on this form.
• Purpose of Collection and Use: Microsoft will use the data for the purpose described on this form 
• Retention/Use Period of Personal Information: As long as needed to provide the service(s) you are requesting You have the right to refuse the collection and use of your personal information as set forth above.
