Rename with PowerRename and File Locksmith does not appear in default context menu (Windows 11) #32538

Steps to reproduce

Right-clicking does not show option for PowerRename and File Locksmith. Shows only in extended menu.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Options available for "Rename with PowerRename" and "Unlock with File Locksmith".

❌ Actual Behavior

No options available for "Rename with PowerRename" and "Unlock with File Locksmith".
