Power Rename not in Default Content Menu in Windows 11

Steps to reproduce

In Settings under Shell Integration there is an option that says "Default and extended context menu". Even with that option selected Power Rename is not an option in the default context menu in Windows 11.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Power Rename as an option in the context menu.

❌ Actual Behavior

Power Rename is only an option after clicing the Show More Options item.
