Keyboard manager, nothing happens when I click on "Remap a key" or "Remap a shortcut"

Steps to reproduce

Open Powertoys settings. Click on "Keyboard Manager". Click on "Remap a key" or "Remap a shortcut". This should open the corresponding sections, but nothing happens.

✔️ Expected Behavior

This should open the corresponding sections for me to remap keys or shortcuts.

❌ Actual Behavior

Nothing happens.

Other Software

Windows 10. No other software is relevant to that issue.

firstly I close PowerToy,and try four packages,

1. KBMEditor78: i can edit it's EditKeys.bat, but it can't really remap anything
2. KBMEditor79: can't open EditKeys.bat
3. KBMEditor79revertchords： same as KBMEditor79
4. KBMEditor79RevertCppWinRT: same as KBMEditor78

then, I run PowerToy again, I work this time.Now it can remap my keys.
