FancyZone to remember window and zone layout after monitor setup change.

Description of the new feature / enhancement

FancyZone should remember zone and window positions after a 2nd or 3rd monitor was disconnected and reconnected.

Scenario when this would be used?

Desktop and Laptop with monitor use.
The two scenarios would be a desktop with two monitors and two PC's connected or a Laptop with a desktop monitor.

Using two displays, FancyZone is set on the 2nd monitor and windows are dragged and snapped into position.
Monitor one is disconnected to be used with a different PC, monitor 2 becomes monitor 1. The windows and FancyZones stay in place, however, when monitor 1 is reconnected all windows move to the reattached monitor 1 instead of staying on monitor 2 and are no longer in position in their FancyZones.

Windows should snap back to their previous zones on the other monitor.

• The setting "Keep windows in their zones when the screen resolution changes" only appears to work within the same monitor, not when the resolution changes are due to a desktop extension with a second monitor.
