[Feature Request] Remember the window position or locations in multiple monitor .

Description of the new feature / enhancement

So I am using a dual monitor setup with a display port(main monitor) and HDMI there is a problem I faced that if my screen goes off my application window position reset and it comes to my main display. It happens in windows 10. I tried windows 11 in there there is an option to remembering window position based on monitor connection which helps me a lot. After tried windows 11 insider I roll back again but I missed that feature.

Scenario when this would be used?

So, It is a very helpful feature for all dual or triple screen setups with display ports. I tried everything nothing help me out. I am using power toys from the beginning for extra features which is helping me a lot .so I wanna request to add this feature to power toys it will be very helpful for everyone. Thank you so much.

Windows 11 does remember window last positions after reboot.

Some legacy apps don't remember their previous position after boot, e.g. Windows Notepad, disc cleanup (cleanmgr.exe).

Some legacy apps don't remember their previous position after boot, e.g. Windows Notepad, disc cleanup (cleanmgr.exe).

Notepad uses CW_USEDEFAULT to automatically tile its windows, this is in conflict with always using the same position.

@SadmanHadi this fix requires Windows 11. It is a much lower level fix outside PowerToys.
