Describe the bug

Some bot templates with empty LG files(EchoBot, EmptyBot) will get an error 500 when connect it from the Emulator.

This is already fixed in the sdk latest version 0427, need to update the sdk package to fix it.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
