Release 0.0.1-pre

This is my initial release, signifying that the code should work exactly as it currently does Upstream

I have marked it as a pre-release because I intend to change the interface significantly (or rather, change it into a Custom Element, or possibly several Custom Attributes) so installing right now is probably not a good idea unless you don't mind significant refactoring later.
