ngif not check

Hello,

It seems that ngif is not check properly.
For example, using no-access-missing-member, ngif is not check:

        @Component({
          selector: 'foobar',
          template: \`
        <div *ngIf="foo"></div>
      \`
        })
        class Test {

        }

That should fail because foo is not a known property but that passes.
