Usage

Melody has 30 different commands -

ping Check bot availability and response latency ping -

nowplaying Check song being played currently nowplaying np
loop Loop current song loop l, repeat
skip Skip current song skip s, next
grab Get details of the current song in your DM grab -
clear Clear the server queue clear cl, cq
bass Adjust bass level of the player bass <level: none, low, medium, high> bb
loopqueue Loop the server queue loopqueue lq, repeatqueue, rq
search Search for songs and play them search <song> se
seek Seek to a time specified seek <time> forward
skipto Skip to a song specified skipto <serial number> st
remove Remove a song from the queue remove <serial number> rm
queue List all songs in the queue queue q
leave Leave the voice channel and stop the player leave stop, exit, quit, dc, disconnect

Note:

  • Collections is a relatively unique feature in terms of a discord music bot. To learn how to use Melody's collection feature refer this page
  • The default prefix . must be attached to command for it to run unless you have set a server prefix.
  • Melody also responds to commands by mentioning it, in case the current prefix does not work.
  • Podcasts are not supported.
  • Melody does not respond to DMs.
