As part of my work for mdn/sprints#2402 I've reviewed the logical properties and values. These now have wide support, some of the new shorthands are behind a flag in Chrome and supported in Firefox but I don't think there is any case to suggest these are about to change at this point.
The only properties I would leave as experimental are the four value shorthands as no-one has implemented these and the spec still has an open issue for them https://drafts.csswg.org/css-logical-1/#logical-shorthand-keyword
