Simple run of the setup configuration from the container using manage.py.

Uses file located in the deploy repo under files folder.

This looks okay and fine to add, however I'm curious to the ON->OZ / OZ->ON setup-configuration yaml template. Because I think this has to be done in two directions doing a full setup for both components isn't trivial

Thank you Alex, a good point, yes probably both applications have to be in sync.
I am not sure at the moment how to solve this.
If we upload 2 yaml files at the same time with synced values ? maybe not a solution ?
