Better PageSpeed support

I know that pagespeed is an extension and it isn't a part of devtools natively but still it would be great to have a better support, since many people, including me, use it quite often.

Now it looks completely messed up...

Content in extension panels are loaded in iframes so I can't manipulate any of the look/feel of that extension.

I can't target extension panels and reset the background either.

The only thing I can recommend is to edit the PageSpeed css by navigating to your extensions directory. You can follow these instructions to find out how to get to the extension's css file: #91 (comment)

fyi.. I passed along the issue to the maintainers of PageSpeed. They'll hopefully address it in the near future.
