To Add Items to your User go to your pogosql,then go to the User Table, there your Item Collum are like this:

The Item Number are like this "1" and the amount come with :5

###Here are some Item Numbers:

1 = Pokeball
2 = Greatball
3 = Ultraball
4 = Masterball

701 = Razzbarry

301 = LuckyEgg
401 = Incense
501 = Troy Disk

901 = Incubtor unlimited
902 = Incubator Basic

####an example for 50 Pokeballs : "1":50

To Add Items as Reward from Pokestops go to your Pokestops Table,
go to the reward collum and add Items like this
