Description

We have recently experiencing crashes in Erizo due to what probably is a missconfiguration when building nICEr and nrappkit which apparently could be using different versions of OpenSSL. In this PR I try to use the same hints when looking for the library when building those libraries.

[] It needs and includes Unit Tests

Changes in Client or Server public APIs

Not needed.

[] It includes documentation for these changes in /doc.
