Description
This PR adds a new simulcast option.
_setMinSpatialLayer(spatialLayer)will make sure a subscriber never goes below a spatial layer (unless the publisher stops sending it). In order to do that, it will activate slideShow mode to receive a much lower frame rate (and bitrate) of that resolution.If the bandwidth estimate goes up slideshow will be deactivated automatically.
