testing: Fixup after directory refactor of OpenImageIO-images (Academ…

…ySoftwareFoundation#4473)

I refactored the companion project full of testing images, putting all
the clutter in the main directory into a subdirectory for each file
type. These are the main OpenImageIO changes needed as a result.
