v0.5: Lots of Tests & UI Improvements

Added features:

• New, proper UI for changing the player name
• Better lookingpPlaying cards (round edges are now transparent)
• Lots of tests for verifying the stich winner calculation
• Those tests found some bugs which were fixed

Notes:

• RoundMode Ramsch is not yet implemented.

Installation:

• Windows: download and run the setup file
• Android: download and install the apk file
• Linux 64 Bit:
  • Download and extract the build
  • Run gluecksschwein.x86_64.
  • If the game does not start, make sure the file is marked as executable (i.e. run chmod +x gluecksschwein.x86_64)
