This allows for proper debugging of Photino as "not Windows" on Windows.
fixes style issues on linux gtk webview
for some reason i had these files inside `\Classes` (???)

This branch will add front-end developer support on Linux and Mac operating systems.
There are still a few features that need to be "mocked" or re-implemented in a way that works outside of windows. Other than that, it should be good enough for front-end development.
Closes #87.
