ci: improve node controller tests

- Rename "TestCase" to "NodeControllerFixture"
- Rename "Expectation" to "NodeControllerExpectation"
- Avoid passing unnecessary parameters to test helper functions
- Use "checkDiskConditions" test helper function in all places where
  disk conditions need to be tested
