• BBC API used to provide the stream ID and calculate the number of DASH M4S segment URLs to make to cover the duration of the full MP4 46b544f
• load_stream will automatically pull the episode ID of the specified program, requiring only that the series ID is stored for the
  program's name in the tap.data.store.channels.bbc directory (the r4.today module is set up as an example)
