I'm sure there's multiple ways to accomplish this, and I see people doing it in different ways after searching. Some that may pan out:

An exact script (but i3 specific and may not be easy to adopt)
Setup using single-instance and a custom desktop entry (but we may need to link to a session, which brings up the same problems seen in #70)
A very unclear set of links from the Kitty maintainer
A very detailed shell script that seems awesome

While we can't swap Nautilus -> Yazi and VSCode -> Helix on the taskbar
until #98 and
#74, we can start by adding
something to the taskbar that I actually *use*.
