Give maintenance to this library

• Update PHP version to 8.2 from composer.json.
• Update .editorconfig.
• Replace namespace to Lion\Helpers if applies.
• Run composer update to check for new updates. (Notify if there are any breaking changes or new bug introduced by dependencies updates).
• Check if README.md and LICENSE are up to date.
• Replace TestCase from phpunit/phpunit with Test from lion/test.
• Check if test.sh and phpunit.xml is up to date.
