Necessità:
Le URL utilizzate nello SwaggerUI e nell'OpenAPI sono comprensive di host che le rendono dipendenti dal vhost che li espone. Inoltre complicano il deploy in container Docker (#296)

Soluzione:
Utilizzare url relative in SwaggerUI e OpenAPI

Verificare se il parametro host acquisito dall'installer viene utilizzato in altri contesti, altrimenti rimuoverlo.
