Here's a quick fix to enable Release building for LFE projects with Rebar3 3.17+
Trying to build a release with Rebar3 will stumble on
Error: undef [{rebar_relx,do, ...I had to do this with other Rebar3 plugins, too (rebar3_cuttlefish, for instance)
