The code patch updates the XML namespaces to use HTTPS versions instead of HTTP versions. It also updates several versions of dependencies, adds a fork configuration for a plugin, and updates some URLs. The changes seem reasonable and do not pose any obvious bug risks. One suggestion for improvement is to remove the comment at the end of the file as it seems unnecessary and does not add any value to the code.
