JavaFX is like the standard way to make a Java UI.
I considered using Kotlin, but I don't think I want to make this an Android app. Next time maybe.
You need Gradle version 6.5 or lower to use the JavaFX plugin. Otherwise you have to do some extra work. I'll just use 6.5.
