Header nav bar not responsive when screens snapped

Summary

I snapped a window with Kolibri Studio to one half of my screen, and another window on the other half of the screen. When I did that, the user profile drop down nav was unresponsive.

How to reproduce

1. Log into Studio
2. Snap the browser window to one side of the screen
3. Try to click on the drop down in the upper right hand corner
