Hi,
Small additions sourced from the link in the docstring.

Not sure whether to also add 2023-08-03 as a past holiday, when the markets closed in the afternoon due to a typhoon. Reference: https://www.reuters.com/world/asia-pacific/typhoon-khanun-shuts-markets-grounds-flights-taiwan-2023-08-03/.

Indeed. I suppose the publication of some fixings may have been impacted in the afternoon, though I have no clue if that was the case. Sounds good to me!
