Both @THEDEVIOUS1 and I saw the system hang showing only the background image when attempting to shut down. Apparently it does eventually shut down (I wasn’t patient and just powered it off manually).

Notes

This is probably due to the same thing in #3 (failure to correctly release event_driver).

This may have been fixed by a542ed1. Closing for now, please comment if you experience this issue.
