Add support for Laravel 11

Hi there,

I think I fixed support for Laravel 11. The most important changes are:

• upgraded brick/varexporter version
• updated 1 test to reflect changes introduced by Laravel 11 regarding floating point types
• updated automated github tests
• fixed some small typo's and added info about how to run composer tests
