Fix Summit build script

• add option to jsrun to enable 'inverse' dense tests
• fixes Inverse tests are failing for MAGMA builds #539 on Summit

Thanks Jean-Luc. Yes, this seems to be an OK workaround on Summit. I'm seeing a different error on Spock (which uses SLURM) and will update issue #539 with more info about what I'm seeing there soon.
