Provide a plugin which use MarkdownDeep with Extra mode instead of the default markdown engine of Pretzel.
The MarkdownDeep usage can be modified directly in the MarkDownDeepEngine.csx file.
Simply unzip the files from the last release in the _plugins directory of your Pretzel site.
