The canonical import path for 'sprig' is "github.com/Masterminds/sprig".

What this PR does / why we need it:
The canonical import path for
sprigis github.com/Masterminds/sprig. Using different cases can lead to issues when trying to import KUDO packages in other projects.This PR also updates
sprigto v2.22.0.
