Update krew template to reflect what's in krew-index (#1661)

The template used in https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/krew-index is different from the one created here. As there's additional checks for the generated 'kudo.yaml' in the krew-index project, we should consider that version canonical. The template has been updated accordingly.
