This PR adds mocking prototype as local development environment with docker-compose. It is based on a separate service from https://github.com/muonsoft/openapi-mock and OpenAPI file, where one enpdoint (GET /pet/{petID}) is being sent to that service (openapi-mock). No changes to x-kusk extension are needed at this point.
