Consider update swagger-codegen version

There is a change in behavior in how Python treats the escapes since version 3.6. See link. It's not urgent since we will see only warnings for a few releases, but this will eventually become an error in future versions in Python. This should have been patched in a newer version of swagger-codegen or OpenAPI generator.
