I ran a code cell to create an experiment. And used the link generated to open the Experiment details page. When I click the back button, nothing happens.

Same problem with using the 'Job link' from Notebook to view Run details. Back button doesn't do anything.

* It looks like on python3 util.run keeps polling for the end of stdout
  becase we don't treat the final line as a byte string e.g b''.

* Need to decode some strings in python3.
