• add ignoring keyboard link menu item. The script previously searched for an iPad menu item in the interface, which sometimes caused the iPad to connect to a keyboard. The change now specifies the type of button, as the AirPlay button, making it ignore any other options except for mirroring or extending.
• refactor the script to make it language-agnostic. Previously, the script couldn't locate the 'Display' menu in languages other than English.
