Extracts most strings. I think the only things left unhandled are some places in the Elements theme, and JS-generated strings (like intry_it_out.js).Laravel's translation system has some quirks, but essentially, the user can use
php artisan publishto publish theen.jsonfile into theirlangorresources/langdirectory, and edit the strings.
