Two fixes to elkjs itself:

• #127 - Allow proper inclusion in strict environments
• #135 - Fixes to typescriptypest

Based on ELK 0.7.1 with the following additions (branch: releases/elkjs/0.7.2):

• eclipse-elk/elk#698 - Support node micro layout with further layout algorithm
• eclipse-elk/elk#697 - Change default node label stacking dimension for Direction.UNDEFINED
• eclipse-elk/elk#755 - Maximum call stack size exceeded in $connectedComponentsDFS
