old 2.3.1 tar release was broken, so may as well just upgrade..
naturalneighbor was giving build issues, but likely won't be needed in v2.0.0
was having dep issues..
from my dropbox url, since couldn't easily get a download url
for equivolume and equidistant laminar coords
