InfidelityRobustnessObjectiveto penalize sensitivity of infidelity to static operators.FinalFidelityConstraintnow includes a subspace argument. New problem templates and tests have also been added, seeUnitaryRobustnessProblem. These are following the format established byUnitaryMinimumTimeProblem.Closes #49.
