Kami Front-end Starter is a boilerplate for building modern web applications with jQuery and Bootstrap 5 Framework. It provides a ready-to-use template with pre-configured tools such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, etc.
To use this template, you need to have Node.js and npm installed on your machine. You can clone this repository or use it as a template on GitHub. Then run the following commands in the project directory:
# Install dependencies
npm install
# Start development server
npm run dev
# Build production bundle
npm run build
This template comes with some basic components and styles that you can customize according to your needs. You can find them in the src
folder. The main entry point is index.js
, which imports either jquery.js
depending on your choice of library. These files contain some simple examples of how to manipulate the DOM using jQuery.
You can also use Bootstrap 5 Framework classes to style your elements. The configuration file for Bootstrap 5 Framework is bootstrap.config.js
, where you can modify the theme options or add custom plugins.
