This commit adds a guide for running Kaito on BYO GPU nodes over the default mechanism of using the gpu provisioner.
Reason for Change:
Some times users may not have permission to assign roles in their subscription. Since it is needed when using the gpu provisioner controller, as documented here: https://github.com/kaito-project/kaito/blob/main/docs/installation.md#create-an-identity-and-assign-permissions. But users may still have permissions to deploy GPU nodes in their clusters. This guide will help folks who can deploy GPU nodes manually to still use Kaito.
