This Pull Request is added Audio Focus handle for Exoplayer #9

How to reproduce issue :

  1. Open a Video
  2. Wait until playing
  3. Push power button on Phone
  4. Wake up Phone
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 until audio double

Now it's safe from audio focus
