This allows streamers to add an overlay over the game in the stream, so that only viewers can see the poll status. For now, you must use pongo1231's ChaosModV "twitchOverlay" (it is compatible with all platform integrations supported by Entropy). - Fix #105 by @bl4ckscor3 in #107
