Version 1.3.0

This version makes these changes:

1. Update documentation.
2. Add more advice for zsh users, with specific samples.
3. Publish an ARM64 binary for macOS users.s
4. Remove support for kalias. Technically this is an incompatible change, but I'm not updating the major version because I don't believe there are any users of kalias anymore.
