Welcome to the trainingsplan wiki!

What is TI/ Trainingplan Intelligence?

Your trainig depends on so many different factors:

  • form on the day
  • sleep
  • eat
  • weather
  • ...

It makes no sense to track every single rep, and every single set

What is TI for and for what not?

  • It should track your general perfomance while in the gym
  • It should allow you to get a overview or your stats
  • It should help you remember weights, reps, sets from you last trainings
  • It should not keep track of every single set, warmup or work set
  • It should not demand to enter every single set or rep of any set

Usage of stats page

  1. Select an exercise you wanna analyze from the dropdown field (The exercise needs to have a history of more than two days in order to show up)
  2. Select which checks you wanna have analyzed, e.g. you only wanna track your exercise weight, uncheck all other and so on
  3. Additionally if you wanna analyze multiple checks, e.g. weight and reps, but you wanna value the weight more, increase the factor or the weight
  4. If you wonder exactly how your stats changed, you can click on the button/s on the right site TODO add pictures

    • A tool which allows you to track the progress you made according to different parts of your body
  • Visualization of load per day
    • A tool which allows you to visually see how much load you have to do per day/ per week
  • Add the pause as a tool to analyze you exercises
