If an IDE’s test runner offers a snapshot plugin dependency in the test classpath as
…/target/classes/then load its…/target/test-classes/the.hpljust like we would the plugin under test. (This already worked forJenkinsRule.) Tested with NetBeans; not sure if this works nicely on IDEA, VSCode, Eclipse, etc.
